Patient Registration

If you live in the practice area covered by Strathdon Medical Practice you can now complete the patient registration form online.

Start the process by following the link accessed via the heading "NHS Services" on our main page and then follow the link to register with a GP Practice. Once you have completed the form please email it to gram.strathdonclinical@nhs.scot (please note it is not necessary to sign the form)
